The information we collect is used to improve the content of our web pages, to customize the content for each individual visitor, and to complete evaluations and surveys requested by our clients. Any information we gather is kept confidential while maintaining the ability for authorized employees to access this information when required. We can, however, and you authorize us to do so, disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials, as we believe necessary or appropriate, in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal and may expose us to legal liability. Therefore you should not expect that your personally identifiable information will remain private.

Children are not eligible to become mystery shoppers or business analysts, and we ask that children under the age of 18 do not submit any personal information to us.
Changing Your Personally Identifiable Information If you want to either change or delete the information you submitted during registration go to the edit profile page or send us an email to feedback@serviceevaluation.com . We will acknowledge your request upon receipt and make the changes as soon as we are able to do so.

Security

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place both electronic and managerial procedures to secure the information we collect online. The information you submit is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry-SSL. All Service Evaluation Concepts employees are made aware of our security policies upon hiring. Personally identifiable information cannot be accessed without a password. Access to such information is restricted to those in the company who need it to complete research for our clients.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, Service Evaluation Concepts, cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit to us.

If our information practices change in the future, we will let you know by posting the policy changes in our News & Messages section on our Web site.
